Registration Data:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Encrypted password

Age Verification Data:

  • Identity document (National ID, passport, driver's license)
  • Photograph for biometric verification (optional)
  • Important: Identity documents are used solely to verify your age and are automatically deleted after successful verification (maximum 30 days)
  • We do not store copies of identity documents permanently

Payment Data:

  • Credit/debit card information (processed by Stripe)
  • Transaction history
  • Billing information

Location Data:

  • Precise GPS location (when you grant permissions)
  • Approximate IP-based location
  • History of visited locations

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Reservations: Process table reservations and ticket purchases

  • Digital wallet: Manage funds and transactions
  • Social map: Display nearby clubs and active friends
  • Points program: Manage accumulation, redemption, and Reward Race ranking

4.2 Communications

  • Confirmations: Reservations, purchases, and account changes
  • Reminders: Upcoming events and reservations
  • Marketing: Special offers and promotions (with your consent)
  • Customer service: Respond to your inquiries and requests

5. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

5.1 Service Partners

Clubs and Venues:

  • Name and contact information (for reservations)
  • Visit history (for analysis and service improvement)
  • Preferences (for personalization)

Payment Processors:

  • Payment information necessary for transactions
  • Data processed by Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
